How we got to this result

We built AviHealth on Laravel 13 + Livewire 4 in a monorepo (web + Android): Clients, Calendar, Staffing, Caseload, Clinical, Billing/Intake hubs, Chat (including Parent), Training and Boards. Policies-only auth, OverlapGuard + CredentialGuard on the schedule, private S3, Reverb and Sanctum for realtime/mobile.
