DevPba is a digital studio that builds websites, platforms, software, apps and games, based in Piracanjuba, GO. We are the controllers of personal data collected on this website devpba.com, under Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
This policy covers only the DevPba website. Products and sites we build for clients have their own independent privacy policies, under each client’s responsibility.
2. What data we collect
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time on site. Collected automatically via server logs.
- Contact data: when you click any WhatsApp link, you are redirected to the WhatsApp app; information you send there is also processed under the WhatsApp/Meta privacy policy.
- Cookies and identifiers: we use a technical session cookie and, only after your explicit consent, the Meta (Facebook) pixel and analytics to understand site traffic.
3. How we use the data
- Keep the site running securely and reliably.
- Respond to requests sent via WhatsApp or email.
- Measure audience and campaign performance (only with consent).

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with essential providers (hosting, analytics, Meta/WhatsApp) only to operate the site and support, under confidentiality obligations when applicable.
